PayPal Disruptions

We have been having a lot of trouble with Paypal of late. They have been continually cancelling then reinstating our account with no warnings or excuses for doing so. Recently they have been cancelling subscriptions, again without warning. The problem here is that they then have been informing our customers (you) that we have cancelled your subscription. This is simply not true.

Obviously we (as a company) cannot continue to operate like this. Our company name and product are both being sullied by PayPal’s inability to undertake even the simplest of tasks.

We have therefore recently completed a rewrite of the subscription and license validation portions of SpinChimp to remove PayPal from the equation. We will now be dealing exclusively with ClickBank and we hope that this will be up and running in the next day or two.

What does this mean for you? Your purchase is of course still valid and we will never increase the price of subscription while you remain subscribed. This is a promise to you. At some point in the future, we will ask you to subscribe to ClickBank instead of PayPal. This is good for you as you will receive a several month free extension on your subscription.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us via the ticketing system.

Thank you for your patience while we are dealing with this issue.
